Hello! We are Yana and Alex, a dynamic and adventurous couple from Ukraine. Yana is 32, and Alex is 31, and we have a deep love for travel and exploration. Currently, we are traveling full-time, immersing ourselves in diverse cultures and experiences. Our journey has taken us to many corners of the globe, having lived and worked in Canada, Denmark, Germany, China, Macau, and Ukraine. Our love for animals has been a constant throughout our travels. We have always had pets and are passionate about their care and well-being. Alex, an experienced farm manager, has been caring for farm animals since he was young. His professional experience spans Germany, Denmark, and Canada, where he has worked with pigs, cows, and minks. Alex is adept at giving medication to animals and ensuring their health and well-being. He is also a skilled handyman, having worked as a maintenance worker and pool operator. I, Yana, have been living with animals all my life and have experience as a dog sitter in Canada, having cared for dogs at the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge on multiple occasions. I also have a passion for gardening and would be delighted to care for your plants and garden while you are away. We pride ourselves on being extremely clean, reliable, and trustworthy. Yana and Alex are really perfect sitters. They took care of my house and my 3 cats with special needs for 2 weeks this June. Our cats were completely relaxed when we came back. The cats loved them so much. Luigi got some heart problems in between because of the unexpected hot weather. Yana called me imediately so we could adapt his medicine. Yana and Alex were so patient with our old princess Bonita when she got up quiet early o few times, probably more patient than I am ;-) Our house was spotless when we came back and if our car did not broke down a few kilometers before home we even could have had pasta... So l highly recommend Yana and Alex as sitters and will be very happy if they come for second sit!

Having Yana and Alex to house and cat sit was a total delight. They’ve took care for my two cats for 12 days this May. We instantly felt at ease leaving our precious pets with them, feeling confident they would be cared for. We kept in regular contact for the first few days and Yana sent photos, then gave each other space to enjoy the break, but always felt comfortable to send a message if needed. The cats were extremely relaxed on our return and very content. The house was also very clean and tidy after their stay, they are super considerate people. I have no hesitation in recommending Yana and Alex as house sitters and we would be delighted if they ever wanted to come back!

Yana and Oleksandr were fantastic sitters for us last summer for the whole month, and we have no hesitation in recommending them. They are trustworthy, reliable, well organised and self sufficient. They impressed us from the first zoom call, immediately asking us about the dogs and their routine (which very few other applicants did). Ginji and Blanca fell in love with them both. They looked after the dogs really well, even managing Blanca's hated daily eye drops. Whilst we were away, they kept the garden and terrace plants watered; we returned to greenery and fruit and vegetables ready for eating. The water tank (swimming pool) was cleaner than it has ever been in August, and the house was neat and gleaming and the terrace too, despite the calima (Sahara dust) that blows over this part of Spain. They were good at keeping in touch and sent photos of the dogs on their mountain walks - and made us a delicious dinner on our return. Yanna and Oleksandr are lovely people; they travel lightly on this land, and we wish them the very best.
